I heart skincare is about more than the latest lip balm. I truly believe that in order to have beautiful skin you have to have feed your body proper nutrients, get enough sleep and exercise. I do everything in my power to live by this philosophy.
No one in the world, and I mean no one has taught me more than Jillian Michaels in regards to health, fitness and nutrition. I discovered her one day on a local LA radio station, at the time I had never heard of her popular TV show the Biggest Loser. I listened to every radio show where she taught us all about what to eat like organic foods, how to lose weight and so much more. Once that radio show ended (feeling horribly sad and abandoned!) I began to watch the Biggest Loser to get my Jillian fix but it did not stop there.
Since my introduction to her I have bought all of her books (currently listening to Unlimited on my iPod) use her fitness DVD’s (perfect for baby’s nap time which has been the only time I can work out) and faithfully listen to her new podcast on my daily walks (you can find these free podcasts on iTunes http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-jillian-michaels-show/id418368811 ). Do yourself a favor and subscribe to this show, you will be amazed how much you will learn and she is quite entertaining!
This woman is a treasure. If you are at all interested in your health and wellness you will love the tools that Jillian has out there. I feel such gratitude for her and all she has taught me personally. At the end of the day the way we look, the way we feel, how we take care of ourselves-it’s all related. Our best tool is to educate ourselves to know and do better, and it doesn’t hurt to have someone as inspiring as Jillian out there to guide us along.

You’re now alone – I am obsessed with Jillian! Especially after seeing that she now endorses So Delicious coconut milk…love her.
I still have to try that! Thanks for the visit!
